Learn it, cook it, share it

Each class is led by a chef, sometimes one of ours and sometimes a guest from the wider food scene. You’ll learn real technique, cook at your own station and then sit down together to eat what the room has made.

No experience needed, just an appetite and a willingness to get your hands dirty.

Every class includes

  • Chef-led, hands-on tuition
  • All ingredients and equipment
  • A shared meal of everything you’ve cooked

The programme lands here first

Once a month we send the new line-up of classes, supper clubs and themed evenings, before it goes public. Popular nights fill quickly, so this is the easiest way to get a seat.
